Day 21 Prompt 1

Imagine being isolated in a room you must escape from. It’s a test for the character they must pass, or face dire consequences.

Write a story from a bird’s eye view.

Your character is shipwrecked without the usual contact methods. They are not alone, but is that (person, animal, creature, alien) friend or foe?

Have your character begin the story at the lowest point in the story. Describe their journey to the happiest moment.

Use this sentence:

As darkness descended, the howling began.

Use this sentence:

The sky lit up as bright as day, despite the moon being high in the sky.

An emotional loss leads your character on a journey of discovery.

Introduce a character to a new (alien, person, cow) and have them see what it’s like as the other for a day.

Use this sentence:

The explosion knocked (they, him, her etc) off their feet.

Birth heralds the growth of one kingdom and the doom of another.
